Job summary

Crimson Heights, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized treatment plans.

• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.

• Collect accurate session data and communicate progress or concerns promptly.

• Follow approved behavior-reduction protocols, privacy requirements, and professional standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
