Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in New Bedford, MA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized programs, collect progress data, and help modify treatment plans while reinforcing social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

Experience or familiarity with behavior therapy or autism support preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
