Job summary

Discover Hope Behavioral Solutions is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home or community settings. Training is provided, and the role offers a highly rewarding environment with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, daily data collection, following treatment plans, team meetings, and effective communication. Positions are available Part-time and Full Time with flexible scheduling and travel to

Qualifications

• RBT credential or BCAT, training provided by the company.
• At least 18 years old with HS diploma; some college/bachelor's preferred.
• One+ year experience with children with autism or related disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy in the child's home or community.
• Complete daily data collection and track progress.
• Follow treatment and behavior plans as written.
• Attend staff or team meetings as requested.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and travel to multiple sites.
• Provide proof of valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Pass background/fingerprint clearance and TB/vaccination requirements.
• Complete CPR training (provided by the company).
