Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision, documenting progress and implementing individualized Behavior Plans in collaboration with our clinical team.

The role offers part-time flexibility, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one is expected.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
