Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Whiteville, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and provide direct one-on-one therapy to help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
