Magnet ABA Therapy in Munford, TN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data on client progress, and help implement behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
