Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions in person in McMinnville, TN. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA programs and collect data on client progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and therapists, teaching social and daily living skills, and adjusting plans as needed. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or autism support preferred but training provided.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and implement strategies accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
