Already Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role supports a varied caseload across home, clinic, school, or community settings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Background check must be passed and a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children with autism or related disorders.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA with a collaborative team.
• Implement programs written and approved by BCBA with fidelity.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Participate in community outings with clients and engage families.
