Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is hiring Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Our team supports children with autism by implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with Behavior Analysts to improve language, play, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Positive attitude and a fun approach to play.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings to implement treatment objectives.
• Current TB screening and background check clearance upon hire; immunizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills to track progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings and participate in plan reviews.
