Job summary

Therapeutic Learning Consultants is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. You will work with a Behavior Analyst to implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in clinical team meetings, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of relevant experience or ABA exposure, a relevant degree, and a willingness to commute to client homes or settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in psychology/education preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification (preferred); TB screen and background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans.
• Collect data on targeted skills for progress tracking.
• Attend clinical team meetings and stay engaged with clients' goals.
