Therapeutic Learning Consultants (TLC) is seeking Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Highly competitive compensation DOE: $23-$32 / hr.

We support children with autism through evidence-based treatment plans and extensive training. You will work with a Behavior Analyst to implement plans, collect data, and participate in clinical team meetings, gaining hands-on experience in ABA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred.
• At least 6 months of previous experience working with children; ABA experience and RBT certification preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Analysts with implementing treatment plans using evidence-based strategies targeting language, play, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect data on targeted skills and progress.
• Attend clinical team meetings and collaborate with the Behavior Analyst on client plans.
• Carry out treatment plans for individual clients under supervision.

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with a Behavior Analyst to carry out treatment plans for individual clients, collect data on targeted skills, and attend clinical team meetings.

Requirements

Prior experience is a plus but not required. We offer on-site and remote paid training and clinical hours towards your Behavior Technician certification.

• Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred
