Job summary

Cortica in Carlsbad, CA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences using naturalistic, play-based ABA. You will implement positive strategies and document progress with supervision from BCBA staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Reliable transportation within 30–40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to support progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
