Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support and implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs. You will work one-on-one with clients in both home and clinical settings, collecting data and adjusting plans as progress is tracked.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to ethics, and ongoing professional development with opportunities for advancement. A strong interest in helping individuals reach their goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within first 90 days if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress for ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to support progress and consistency.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing ABA training.
