Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement personalized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to foster progress.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing ABA training.
• Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct.
