Job summary

Lifelong Access is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–18 in home and clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans, track growth, and support families while growing professionally within a collaborative team.

The role offers a part-time schedule with wages of $18.35 per hour and opportunities for professional development and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with delays or disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Current proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to clients aged 2–18 in home and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor progress with supervisees.
