Shapiro Educational & Behavioral Consultants seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document progress under supervision.

You'll support behavior change programs, assist with parent training, and collaborate with families and professionals while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under supervision.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.
