Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Flexible schedule / after-school hours. You will receive strong supervision, guidance, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
