Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism and related developmental needs. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time hours, paid training, and growth opportunities within a large national organization.

You will work under BCBA supervision, help kids improve social and communication skills, and document progress using a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
