Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in Pasadena, CA. You will support social and communication skills development and help implement individualized Behavior Plans.

We offer paid training, a startup bonus upon training completion, a $50 referral bonus, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling with part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• CPR/FA certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social and communication skills and reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals from the individualized Behavior Plan designed by the BCBA team.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention as needed.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
