Job summary

AngelCare ABA Therapy is seeking motivated Behavior Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) to deliver in-home or in-school ABA therapy under BCBA-designed plans. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support client success in a flexible, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current RBT/BCaBA Certification or 40-hour RBT training, a high school diploma or higher, and have reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Current RBT/BCaBA Certification Letter or 40-hour RBT Training Certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education) or 2 years of experience delivering ABA services
• Experience providing BHT services or completion of required additional training
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
