Job summary

AngelCare ABA Therapy seeks motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect client progress data, and collaborate with families to support child success.

We provide extensive training, supportive administration, and opportunities for advancement, with flexible hours and local caseloads to fit your life while making a meaningful impact on children and families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40‑hour training certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher) or 2 years of ABA experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
