Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and stay energetic to engage active kids in meaningful learning.

The position is part-time (10–15 hours per week) with DOE pay ($23–$28/hr), and access to voluntary benefits, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 6-months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must meet a minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, with availability after 3 PM to accommodate client and family scheduling needs.
