Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider in Sayreville, NJ, seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA services to children with autism and related needs.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collaborating with BCBAs and other RBTs, documenting progress, and engaging in supervision and ongoing training. Flexible hours and travel to client homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans to promote skill development, communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other RBTs to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to ensure clinical integrity.
• Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices and expand clinical knowledge.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and growth to create a positive and supportive work environment.
