Perfect Pair ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients across diverse environments. You will work under BCBA-guided protocols and help clients grow through engaging, data-driven sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in RBT Certification.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Interest in RBT Certification.
