Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to join our clinician-led team. We offer flexible schedules, in-person supervision by a BCBA, and paid training to support your growth and impact in kids’ lives.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, community, or center, collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and teammates to ensure client success while maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, community, or center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and confidential therapy environment.
• Adhere to BACB ethics for RBT.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
