Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and collect data accurately.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Maintain progress notes and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team on progress and plan modifications.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
