Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work 1-1 with children, implementing treatment plans created by BCBAs in a center-based setting, under supervision. The schedule is Monday–Friday with afternoon shifts (3pm–7pm or 4pm–7pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement ABA plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and staff.
• Ensure safety and engagement during sessions.
• Adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
