Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized behavior plans during after-school hours.

Responsibilities include collecting progress data, communicating with families and supervisors, and ensuring safety during sessions. Prior experience with children or ASD is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience with children or adults with behavioral challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
