Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a dedicated assistant to support ABA intervention plans structured by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will implement interventions to foster socially appropriate replacement behaviors in children and youth, aiding communication, social interaction, problem solving, and daily functioning.

You will work under the close supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preference for Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis.
• One year of experience.
• RBT 40-hour training and completion of RBT competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Supports and implements a patient care plan created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provides ABA interventions that encourage replacement behaviors.
• Works under the direction and close supervision of BCBA and serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
