Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Technician in Fort Worth, TX to provide 1:1 ABA-based services in family homes, schools, and community settings. The role supports children with developmental disabilities and those on the autism spectrum.

The position offers part-time hours, with pay at $18.50 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of relevant experience. Prior paraprofessional/behavioral health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• 3-6 months experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement IEP or treatment plan.
• Complete timely ongoing data collection and documentation.
• Provide behavioral and, if needed, physical interventions.
• Monitor client progress and record data to assess progress.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, toileting, and grooming.
• Other duties as assigned.
