Job summary

Behavior Tech POPS Therapeutics is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work directly with clients under BCBA supervision to implement BIPs, teach essential life skills, and collect data in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA instruction, data collection, skills coaching, and collaboration with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team. Travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience following behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Ability to collect accurate data.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA and address clients' goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction using ABA techniques.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Help clients acquire functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care and independence.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment to promote engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress updates with clients, families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA skills and knowledge.
