Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Skills Technicians to support children with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement BIPs, deliver ABA-based instruction, and monitor progress across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, client engagement, and fostering communication, self-care, and social skills while maintaining confidentiality and escalating concerns to the BCBA and team.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed ABA intervention plans.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to meet client needs.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods, such as discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior management techniques.
• Record and document client behavior and progress with the tools and systems provided.
• Support clients in building skills related to communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living.
• Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting client engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.
