Job summary

Beacon ABA Services in Massachusetts is seeking clinicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy to young children with ASD, across Cape Cod and other communities. You’ll implement play-based programs, collaborate with families, and track progress with supervision. The role requires an Associate’s degree with 300+ hours, or higher; Bachelor’s preferred.

Starting pay $23–$27 per hour with a $1,000 new hire incentive. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young children with ASD in home or clinic settings.
  • Willingness to deliver in-home, play-based ABA sessions.
  • Ability to collect and analyze progress data with supervision.
  • Reliable transportation to multiple MA locations.

Position Overview

Immediate field‑based opportunities available in Cape Cod and additional blended positions in Milford, Rockland, Fall River, New Bedford, Leominster, North Andover, Chicopee, Springfield, and upcoming locations. This role serves clients in their homes throughout the Commonwealth, with a caseload built around your location. You’ll deliver individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD, implementing play‑based, evidence‑backed programs, collaborating closely with families and supervisors, and tracking developmental progress while growing your own career.

A Day in the Life
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support children’s communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Deliver engaging, play‑based therapy sessions in clients’ homes and community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, field‑based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Results‑driven with a genuine desire to help children reach their milestones.
Education
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
  • High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply).
Work Experience
  • Prior experience working with young children is preferred; all levels considered. Full training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on education and experience. A $1,000 full‑time new hire incentive is available. Benefits include:
