Elwyn New Jersey is seeking a Group Home Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a supervised ABA residential environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, participate in program activities, and maintain documentation for behavior plans while adhering to safety protocols and policies. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in ABA residential program
• Assist individuals in daily living activities and programs
• Maintain documentation for skill development and behavior plans
• Attend house meetings and promote a home-like environment
• Maintain required trainings and certifications
