Job summary

Pops ABA in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions and helping clients build essential life skills in homes and schools.

You will collect data, implement BIPs, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust plans, while receiving ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.

• Help clients develop functional skills (communication, self-care, independence).
• Maintain a positive learning environment and coordinate with the BCBA.
• Communicate progress with families and team.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training.
