Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Detroit, MI is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with clients under BCBA guidance to implement behavioral plans.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and report findings. You will assist in training families to implement plans at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Transportation to assigned locations required.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement BCBA-designed behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients and families.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and staff.
• Assist with safety and supervision during sessions.
