Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan seeks a Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.

You will collect data, assist in developing behavior support plans, and teach social and daily living skills while collaborating to adjust treatment plans as needed. Training is provided; prior experience preferred but not required.

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
