United Care ABA in New York is seeking devoted Behavior Technicians to support children with ABA therapy after school and in other hours. This role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear pathway to RBT certification, under supervision by BCBA professionals.

You will work with families, document progress, and grow professionally through structured development opportunities and potential full-time growth as clinics expand in the area.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow treatment plans designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
