Job summary

Autism Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at our Danbury, Trumbull, and Waterbury centers in Connecticut.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support client progress under supervision. Training and certification (RBT) are provided; strong communication and professionalism are essential for success in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred and required before independent work.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; able to work independently.
• Calm, patient, professional and able to engage diverse populations in multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement treatment plans created by Clinical Manager/BCBA.
• Utilize ABA techniques (DTT, behavior management, social skills).
• Collect and record accurate data during each session.
• Follow clinical guidelines and support progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by Clinical Manager.
