Blue Lakes Behavioral Health in Jackson, MI seeks Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children on the autism spectrum. You will implement client plans, collect data, and report progress to families under BCBA supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with data collection, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to team care. Full-time positions with benefits are available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to accept feedback and develop skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Commitment to ongoing training and ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA-based clinical skills instruction to children with autism and related Developmental Disabilities.
• Execute treatment protocols as defined in client plans and skill programs.
• Collect program data and assist the BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 teaching to clients per BCBA plan.
• Record, summarize and communicate client progress to parents/guardians.
• Maintain confidentiality and safe, clean therapy environments.
• Collaborate with treatment team and other professionals as directed by the BCBA.
