Job summary

A support organization for individuals with developmental disabilities seeks a Behavior Technician to implement customized behavioral interventions in a 1:1 setting with clients. You will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, engaging children through play-based activities. This role requires strong communication, time management, and empathy, with opportunities for further training and RBT certification. Commuting is necessary, and flexibility for weekend work may be required. Join a team dedicated to making socially significant changes in the lives of children.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a working cellular phone.
• Experience with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must be willing to commute a minimum of 15-20 miles outside the applied position.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with the client implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Regularly analyze the client's strengths and assess their needs.
• Document significant behavior changes and communicate with the clinical team.
