Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in diverse settings, including homes and schools. You will use research-based methods to help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Expect to collect data with our proprietary software, collaborate with families and BCBAs, and participate in ongoing training programs designed to support your professional growth in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Willing to undergo background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
