Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Baltimore area. You will deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision of BCBA analysts who develop each client’s treatment plan.

We emphasize professional growth, teamwork, and authentic, individualized treatment. The role involves responsibilities across center, home, and school settings with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children; caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc. preferred.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete training necessary to provide therapy (state requirements vary).
• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other locations as indicated.
