Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. The role supports children on the autism spectrum and requires collaboration with families, centers, and schools to implement treatment plans.

Ideal candidates will have RBT certification or progress toward it, 1–2 years of experience with children, and a background in ABA. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with children preferred.
• At least 1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team for high-quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisors to improve plans.
• Provide services at center, home, school, or other locations as needed.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
