Job summary

Acorn Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. Positions are located in Michigan centers and may involve center, home, and school settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, data collection, and ongoing professional development, including the Apprentice Program aligned with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or required.
• 1–2 years experience with children preferred.
• Experience delivering ABA interventions is highly valued.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress to guide treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to refine treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as needed.
