Job summary

Acorn Health in Richmond, Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide quality ABA interventions. You will work under the supervision of Behavior Analysts to help children with Autism live meaningful lives.

Key responsibilities include delivering direct treatment, collecting data, and collaborating with a caring interdisciplinary team. Preferred qualifications include RBT certification and experience with ABA. Come be part of a supportive environment focused on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred.
• 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and team members.
• Support parent and caregiver training.
• Collect data and document client records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and supervisor(s).
