Acorn Health in Alexandria, Virginia, is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized ABA interventions under the supervision of Behavior Analysts. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and enjoy collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.

Conocimientos

Experience working with children

Verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills

Spanish speaking

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field
