Job summary

Soar Autism Center Inc is seeking caring and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children with autism. You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans and skill goals under a BCBA, with flexible part-time and full-time options, offering room for growth and training.

Schedules run Monday–Friday, open 9am–7pm Mon–Thu with two evenings required; Fridays 9am–3pm. In-house training, supervision for BCBA/BCaBA, and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
• Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Maintain objective daily session notes
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
