Job summary

Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) in California seeks new RBT positions. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home and community settings, collecting data and following clinical programs, with opportunities for growth within a BCBA-owned, privately run company.

We offer training, ongoing support, and competitive hourly pay, plus bonuses for certified RBTs and a timely onboarding process. This is an on-site role with a focus on client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Patience and compassion when working with children.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Be punctual and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and skills competency before working independently.
• Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy (minimum 2-hour sessions) using ABA principles.
• Support children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Follow and implement clinical programs created by our Clinical Team.
• Collect data accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members, office staff, and families.
• Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling, timesheets, and responding to messages.
