Job summary

Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS) is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and community settings, delivering 1:1 ABA-based therapy and tracking progress. You’ll work with a Clinical Team to implement programs and collect data.

CLASS offers hands-on training, a supportive culture, and full benefits for full-time staff. Eligible RBTs can earn a $500 sign-on bonus after 3 months and a $300 onboarding bonus if onboarding is completed within two

Qualifications

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Enjoy teaching and playing with kids.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and skills competency before working independently.
• Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy (minimum 2-hour sessions) using ABA principles.
• Support children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Follow and implement clinical programs created by our Clinical Team.
• Collect data accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members, office staff, and families.
• Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling, timesheets, and responding to messages.
